Dr. Manisha Relan will be leaving Certified Allergy & Asthma Consultants effective June 16, 2026. Dr. Relan and her family have made the decision to pursue new opportunities that will allow them to be closer to their extended family, while she explores the next chapter of her professional career. Dr. Relan will continue caring for patients in our offices through June 15, 2026.
We are incredibly grateful for Dr. Relan’s 12 years of dedicated service and compassionate care. She has made a meaningful impact on so many lives and will be greatly missed by both our team and the patients she has served.

Our providers have full access to Dr. Relan’s patients’ medical records and treatment history, which will allow for uninterrupted continuity of care.
As we move forward, we encourage Dr. Relan’s patients to schedule their next appointment now to ensure a smooth continuity of care. If a school or daycare note will be needed for the fall, and you have not been seen in for a visit since July 1, 2025, please schedule an appointment prior to July 1, 2026 so we may generate the appropriate note(s) beginning in July. If you prefer to seek care with a provider outside of our practice, you have the right to do so. Upon your written authorization, we will promptly provide a copy of your medical records to the provider of your choice.
