Dr. Kris Saririan to Retire in December
After decades of dedicated service to patients and the community, Certified Allergy & Asthma Consultants announces the upcoming retirement of Dr. Kris Saririan this December.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Saririan has been a trusted and compassionate physician, providing expert care in allergy and immunology to thousands of patients across the Capital Region. His commitment to excellence in patient care, leadership within our practice, and mentorship to colleagues have left a lasting impact on both our team and the many families he has served.
As we celebrate Dr. Saririan’s career and wish him the very best in his retirement, we are also pleased to welcome several new members to our growing medical team who will continue our mission of delivering the highest quality allergy and asthma care.

Dr. Kylie Jungles, M.D. grew up in the Chicagoland area and completed her undergraduate studies at Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame before earning her medical degree at Rush Medical College in Chicago. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Michigan’s C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital and her fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at Rush University Medical Center. As an allergy patient herself, Dr. Jungles brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her practice, with a special focus on food allergy research, patient education, and advocacy for children and families.

Dr. Luke Legakis, M.D., Ph.D. is a New York native who earned his undergraduate degree at Cornell University, followed by medical and doctoral training at Virginia Commonwealth University, where his research explored immune-related neurological conditions and medication side effects. He completed his Internal Medicine residency and Allergy & Immunology fellowship at Yale New Haven Hospital. Dr. Legakis’s clinical interests include asthma, allergic rhinitis, hives, and immune dysregulation, and he is passionate about evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Dr. Saad Bakhaya, M.D. is board-certified in both Pediatrics and Allergy & Immunology. He earned his medical degree from Kuwait University Faculty of Medicine, completed his pediatrics residency at the University of Connecticut, and his fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at New York Hospital–Cornell Medical Center.
With over three decades of clinical experience, Dr. Bakhaya provides comprehensive care for both adults and children with asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergies, hives, and immune-deficiency disorders. Known for his compassionate, patient-centered approach, he works closely with families to create clear, effective treatment plans. He is an active member of the AAAAI, ACAAI, and AAP.
In addition, we are excited to announce that a new nurse practitioner will be joining the practice in January, further enhancing access to comprehensive allergy and asthma services for our patients.
